At MommyChef, we understand that freshness is everything. That’s why we take great care in ensuring your order is delivered to you in the best possible condition and as quickly as possible.
Dispatch & Delivery Times

All our products are freshly prepared and packaged to order. Our Order cut-off is at 10pm on a Monday for delivery that week.

Orders are currently dispatched once a week, on Tuesdays.

Once dispatched, we aim for all parcels to be delivered within 24–48 hours to preserve freshness.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier capacity, and peak periods such as holidays or promotional events.
Packaging & Handling
Your order will be packaged using specially selected materials suitable for perishable goods to help maintain quality and freshness throughout transit.
We do not compromise on hygiene or product integrity.
Courier Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched:

Our trusted courier partners will keep you updated via text or email.

You will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel from our premises to your doorstep.

Delivery updates will include estimated arrival windows and confirmation once delivered.
Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom (excluding PO Boxes and BFPO addresses).
If your address falls outside our delivery zone, we will contact you before processing your order.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery:

The courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or attempt redelivery the next working day.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries where the customer was unavailable, or incorrect delivery details were provided.
