At MommyChef, we take great pride in delivering fresh, handmade products with care. Because our items are perishable, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality, hygiene, and fairness for all our customers.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any of our food items. This is because our products are made fresh to order and are perishable in nature. Once delivered, they cannot be resold or reused for health and safety reasons.
Refunds & Order Issues
If you experience an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged or defective), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
To request a refund or resolution, you must:

Provide photo or video evidence of the issue (e.g. damaged packaging, incorrect item, or quality concern)
We are unable to process any complaints or refund requests submitted after the 24-hour window.
Non-Refundable Items

All freshly baked goods are non-returnable and non-refundable once the 24-hour reporting window has passed.

We also do not offer refunds on items purchased as part of a promotion or discounted bundle, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. However, if there is a confirmed issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right through a refund or replacement where appropriate.
Processing Refunds
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the funds.
